Thank you for shopping at Arts 360 & Native Arts 360. We appreciate your business and want to ensure you have a clear understanding of our return and refund policies, particularly as they relate to our print-on-demand products.
Print-on-Demand Products
All items in our store are custom-made print-on-demand products that are produced specifically for your order. Due to the personalized nature of these items:
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or color preference.
- Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled as production begins immediately.
- We encourage you to review product descriptions, size charts, and images carefully before placing your order.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective upon arrival:
- Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Send an email to [your email address] with your order number and clear photos showing the damage or defect.
- If we confirm the product is damaged or defective due to manufacturing error, we will offer one of the following solutions:
- A replacement item (subject to availability)
- A store credit for the value of the item
Please note that we do not require you to return the damaged or defective item.
Order Errors
If you receive an incorrect item that does not match what you ordered:
- Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and photos of the incorrect item received.
- If we confirm an error on our part, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
Non-Delivery or Lost Packages
In the rare event that your package is lost during shipping:
- For domestic orders, please wait at least 14 days from the shipping date before reporting a missing package.
- For international orders, please wait at least 30 days from the shipping date before reporting a missing package.
- If your package has not arrived after these time frames, please contact us with your order number and shipping details.
- We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package or provide a solution if it cannot be found.
