All products at Native Arts 360 - Arts 360 are custom print-on-demand items created and shipped by our fulfillment partner, Printful. Your items are made specifically for you after you place your order.

Production and Shipping Time

Total Time: 10-21 business days from order placement to delivery

• Production: 10-14 business days (items are printed and prepared for shipping)
• Shipping: 3-7 business days (varies by location and shipping method)

Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin production on the next business day.

Shipping Methods

Shipping options and costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Geographic Coverage

We ship to most countries worldwide through Printful's global fulfillment network. Available shipping destinations and methods will be shown at checkout.

Order Tracking

You will receive:

• Order confirmation email immediately after purchase
• Shipping notification with tracking information once your order ships
• Tracking updates as your package moves toward delivery

International Orders

For international shipments:

• Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees
• These fees are not included in our shipping costs and are collected by your local customs office
• Delivery times may be extended due to customs processing

Shipping Issues

If you experience any shipping problems:

• Lost packages: Contact us if your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe
• Damaged items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage
• Incorrect address: We cannot modify addresses once production begins

Important Notes

• No order changes: Orders cannot be canceled, modified, or expedited once placed due to immediate production start
• Multiple shipments: Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages
• Production delays: Occasionally, production may take longer during peak seasons or due to supply issues
